•Firebase (Firestore/Storage): For data hosting and syncing.

•Firebase Crashlytics & Analytics: For monitoring app health and fixing bugs.

•Device IDs: For identifying unique app installations and delivering notifications.

•Process Seva registrations and ritual requests.

•Process membership registrations and administrative requests.

•Provide and operate App features like the Daily Panchanga and Shlokas.

•Communicate with devotees regarding their specific requests or services.

•Comply with applicable legal and financial obligations in India.

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses trusted third-party service providers, primarily Google Firebase, to provide data storage, analytics, and security.

•Firebase may process information according to its own privacy policy.

•We do not sell users' personal information to any third parties or marketing agencies.

4. Data Security

We take reasonable and commercially appropriate measures to protect personal information. All data transmitted between the App and Firebase services is protected using encryption in transit (HTTPS). However, no electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

5. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to:

•Provide the requested Seva services.

•Maintain institutional records of the Matha.

•Fulfill legitimate operational requirements. When information is no longer required, we delete or anonymize it.

6. Data Deletion Rights

Even though the App does not require a login account for visitors, we respect your data rights.

After receiving a valid deletion request, we will remove your information from our active databases within a reasonable period, subject to legal or security requirements.

7. Children's Privacy
