Notably, the temple houses a special Vishnu idol called Salissava, formed in the oven, and all idols are adorned with a Pana coating produced through Hernada Para Homa Havans.

The temple actively conducts puja and Abhishekam in the name of Sri Bhavani Shankar, supported by a government-sponsored board. Festivals like Tirupati's birth anniversary and Banka TVs, Hindu Jagran Forum: Deepantha, take place annually in the month of Tirtha.
