My name is Shreya Mohan; I'm the founder, trivia content creator, and primary host for Shreya Sunshine Trivia (because I'm a ray-a-sunshine)!

I started going to trivia as a way to cope with my tough days as a first year math teacher when I was living in Los Angeles, CA. I loved getting to use my brain differently and put all of my random knowledge to use. 

When the pandemic hit, I lost my main way to socialize and only learning outlet. However, I realized that I had a knack for creating fun trivia and started making trivia for my friends and family (shoutout Rebecca for letting me create and share my first trivia for her birthday during the pandemic!).

I, soon after moving to the DC area, discovered that I could make something more of my fun "side gig" and have been hosting trivia in the DMV (primarily Northern Virginia) since April 10, 2023 (Thank you Millod Shahsiah for your support in making that happen).

I'm looking forward to refining and growing current and future opportunities!
