Independent Contractor

Shreyas Nagarkar is an independent contractor. Both parties agree that Shreyas Nagarkar is an independent contractor and is not an employee of the Client or vendor. As such the Client is excluded from the benefits, obligations, liabilities, and duties, which are defined by the legalities of employment.

Fees

In consideration of the consulting services provided by Shreyas Nagarkar, the Client agrees to pay any and all specific fees upon completion of project milestones and upon project completion. If consulting services are commissioned on retainer, the Client agrees to pay all projected fees on the dates specified within the Scope of Work documentation or any superseding payment contract.

Expenses

Shreyas Nagarkar shall not incur additional expenses on the Client behalf unless authorized in writing by the Client or specified elsewhere within the contracting agreement.

Term and Termination

Upon signing the proposal, Client agrees to bring Shreyas Nagarkar on board as a consultant for the periods specified within the proposal. While the duration of service may be extended if both parties agree, Shreyas Nagarkar will plan to terminate service with the Client upon completion of the final deliverable unless otherwise specified.

Payment Terms

Invoices will be issued monthly, with payment due within 10 days of receipt.
