As a part of the vehicle localization team, I was involved in building High-Definition Maps for autonomous vehicles.

• Vehicle Sensor Integration: Set up a Quanergy M8 Lidar, Piksy RTK GPS and Zed Stereo camera on a Mercedes E-Class. The setup was then used to collect hours of driving data, in a time-synchronized ROS Bag file format, within the MBRDI campus
• Map building: Used SLAM algorithms to create a 3D Map, which will be further used by Mercedes for creating HD Maps
• 3D Object Detection: Analyzed and created a report of algorithms and techniques used for 3D object detection with low grade sensors

Sally Robotics is BITS Pilani's self-driving car research group:

• Spearheading a team of >15 researchers in building a Maruti Alto-K2 into an AI-assisted autonomous vehicle
• Successfully achieved level-2 autonomy(lane detection and adaptive cruise control) on the car using the Zed stereo camera
• Implemented the end-to-end learning technique for driver behavioral cloning on a simulated environment of the BITS Pilani campus

Currently working under Prof. Pratik Narang on estimating optical flow using Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs).

Worked at INSPIRE Lab, the Robotics Research Lab under the CSIS Dept., BITS Pilani on sensor localisation using the Bag of Visual Words Algorithm. Also worked on implementing RTAB Map, a particle filter based SLAM technique on a Kobuki (turtlebot) using ROS.

One of the few students to be selected for the prestigious KPIT-Udacity scholarship, out of more than 10,000 applicants. I have successfully completed Term-1 of the Self Driving Car Nanodegree by completing projects based on computer vision, deep learning and sensor fusion.

I have started this community with a vision to help and support startup founders on-campus through mentorship, workshops, talks and meetups. Additionally, I have worked as a web developer and graphic designer, contributing to CEL's flagship events including Conquest, Summer in a Startup and Entrepreneurship Summit.

Core Team Member member of the BITS Pilani Student Chapter of the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM).

Awarded as the best student chapter in India by ACM for the last 3 consecutive years. In 2017, ACM International also awarded us for Outstanding Recruitment from amongst student chapters all over the world.

Built a solution to streamline Skylark Drones’ customer inquiries including phone calls, emails andwebsite inquiries using the Gmail API and run data analytics on the scraped data using PowerBI.

Estimated the market size of drone-based services in the road construction industry. It helped thecompany in realizing the market potential and thereby set realistic targets for the next 6 months.

DoT organizes 10+ kernel events during Oasis - The culural festival of BITS Pilani every year. The events include Fashion parade, Choreo, Street dance, Street play etc. The events see a footfall of more than 5000+ students from all around the country.
