Hi! I'm a Master's student at the Department of Systems and Control Engineering, IIT Bombay under the joint supervision of Prof. Debasish Chatterjee and Prof. Neeta Kanekar. While still in my nascent years of engaging in research; I aim to make impact through my work in the ever-so tiny ways possible.
Lately, I often find myself reading and thinking about work related broadly to the buzzwords: 'topological data analysis', 'dynamical systems', 'complex systems'. My thesis is based on applying Topological Data Analysis (TDA) to characterize human gait and its connection to neurodegenerative conditions like Parkinson's disease, ALS etc.
I am enrolled in a 5-year interdisciplinary dual degree program with a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering and an M.Tech in Systems and Control Engineering, IIT Bombay. I have been fortunate to conduct research under Prof. Tomohiro Shibata during my summer visit to Kyushu Institute of Technology, Japan. I have also had exposure to the corporate side through my industrial project with Deepak Nitrite and an internship at L.E.K Consulting. You can find a comprehensive list of my projects in my CV.
Outside of work, you will often find me playing chess online.
