Shreya Tandon

I am a PhD Candidate in Political Economy and Government (Economics Track) at Harvard University. My research interests lie at the intersection of development economics, labor economics, and public economics. 

I will be on the 2025-26 job market.

I am a recipient of the 2025 National Bureau of Economic Research Dissertation Fellowship on Gender in the Economy, and a PhD affiliate at the Harvard Center for International Development and the Social Economics Lab.

Before graduate school, I worked at the Princeton Program in Public Finance. I received an MSc in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a BA (Honors) in Economics from St. Stephen's College, Delhi University.
