Hey, I am Shrey Pandit

I am currently pursuing Masters's in Computer Science at the University of Texas at Austin and spent my undergrad years pursuing BE in Computer Science from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani - Goa Campus.

I found a deep interest in the field of Machine Learning, specifically in Natural language processing. Alongside learning, I believe in having a hands-on experience of everything that I learn, so I have done a few projects related to this field that can be seen on my Github profile.

I was working as a research intern at Microsoft Research Lab with Sunayana Sitaram on evaluation techniques for massive multilingual models. Previously, I was a collaborator at Princeton-NLP with Ameet Deshpande and Karthik Narasimhan. Also, I was a research intern at APPCAIR Labs in the NLP Domain under the supervision of Dr. Ashwin Srinivasan. Previous to this, I worked with MIDAS Lab, Delhi with Dr. Rajiv Ratn Shah on financial time series problems. I had the privilege of learning from my mentors at Georgia Tech, University of Marburg, University of the Negev, and other top research facilities.

I am open to any kind of Research Internship opportunity (Remote and On-site) that suits my path and would benefit me in excelling in my career.
