Hey, I am Shrey Pandit
I am currently pursuing a Master's in Computer Science at the University of Texas at Austin, following my undergraduate studies in Computer Science at Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani - Goa Campus. My passion lies in Machine Learning, with a particular focus on Natural Language Processing. I am committed to bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application.
My professional journey includes a research internship at Salesforce in Palo Alto, California, where I worked with Dr. Shafiq Joty on training state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs).Β
Additionally, I served as a research intern at Microsoft Research Lab, collaborating with Sunayana Sitaram on evaluation techniques for massive multilingual models. I have also worked as a collaborator at Princeton-NLP alongside Ameet Deshpande and Karthik Narasimhan.
These experiences have equipped me with a robust foundation in machine learning and natural language processing, fueling my dedication to advancing in this dynamic field.
