Terms and Conditions
1. Booking and Reservation:
1.1. Reservations can be made through our official website, authorised travel agents, or directly at the property.
1.2. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at the time of check-in.
1.3. Booking confirmation is subject to room availability and successful payment.
2. Payment Policy:
2.1. Advance payment must be made at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
2.2. We accept bank transfers, G pay and Cash payments are accepted upon arrival.
3. Cancellation and Modification:
3.1. Cancellations made 14 days or more before the check-in date will receive a full refund.
3.2. No-shows and early checkouts are non-refundable.
3.4. Modifications to the reservation are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4. Check-in and Check-out:
4.1. Check-in time is 12:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
4.2. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
5. Property Rules:
5.1. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms. Designated smoking areas are available.
5.2. Pets are not allowed on the property.
5.3. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents during their stay.
6. Guest Conduct:
6.1. Guests are expected to respect the privacy and tranquility of other guests.
6.2. Loud music and parties are not allowed in the rooms or common areas.
7. Security and Valuables:
7.1. Guests are responsible for the safety of their valuables. In-room safes are provided for this purpose.
7.2. The management is not liable for the loss of money, jewellery, or other valuables.
8. Force Majeure:
9.1. The property is not liable for failure to perform its obligations if such failure is as a result of Acts of God, government regulations, war, terrorism, natural disasters, strikes, or any other conditions beyond our control.
