Title: Finite Element Analysis of Reserve Tank

Description: The purpose of this work was to analyze the stress effect on Reserve Tank V-412/V-422/V-432/V-443 with stiffener plate due to pellet head having bulk density of 500 kg/ m3. All the four Vessels were checked by FEA for bulk powder density of 500 kg/m3 condition. This project was part of freelance consultancy which I provided.
Title: Fatigue Analysis for PSA ADSORBER

Description: The objective of the analysis is to perform the fatigue analysis for PSA Adsorber by Finite Element Analysis. The Vessel is subjected to a variation in the pressure and temperature cycle. The fatigue analysis was performed in accordance with Part 5 of ASME Code Section - 8 Division - 2.

Responsible for number of samples provided by BARC for 3D Printing using Ultimaker FDM 3D Printer
3D Prints were taken by changing 5 different materials and several other properties
Successfully completed the project and BARC liked the quality of 3D Printed parts

Description -
Designed and developed Automatic Sampling machine which can take readings from 25 liquid samples simultaneously one after the other once started.
Played the key role of Designing the system using Solidworks and later managed Manufacturing and Fabrication work from our own DBIT workshop with skilled workers
Successfully completed the project and achieved all desired outcomes for ASE Analytics
