The success of This Organization is built on the vision, dedication, and unity of its leadership team. Committed to preserving our rich cultural heritage and empowering the next generation, our leaders play an active role in organizing, mentoring, and promoting traditional art forms especially the revival of Lakhey Naach Gaijatra and other cultural practices in Silgadhi. 

At the heart of This Organization is a passionate and dedicated team of cultural guardians, artists, organizers, and youth leaders. Together, we work to preserve, promote, and pass down the rich heritage of Silgadhi especially through the revival and celebration of Lakhey Naach and traditional Newar arts.
