About Me 

I am an Operations, Logistics, and Supply Chain Management professional with expertise in demand planning, inventory optimisation, and data-driven decision-making that delivers measurable ROI and business value.

In my current role as a Supply Planner at Booker Group (Tesco PLC), I have delivered 98.9% stock availability across 1,900+ SKUs, directly improving margins and reducing lost sales through accurate forecasting, replenishment planning, and lifecycle management. I also led initiatives that improved OTIF by 7% and reduced overstocking risk through supplier collaboration and KPI-driven planning.

I hold an MSc in Operations, Logistics and Supply Chain Management from the University of Bath, where my dissertation explored how consumer behaviour can drive sustainability in last-mile logistics, producing actionable insights for retailers and policymakers.

As part of my MSc practicum with DSV, I co-developed a phased warehouse automation strategy using AMRs and AGVs, conducting ROI and payback period analysis to demonstrate a potential 40% productivity gain and a scalable roadmap for high-return automation investments.
