Privacy Agreement

SHXTBKJ (hereinafter referred to as "we") attaches great importance to users' personal privacy and data security, and regards user information protection as the core principle of product operation. This Privacy Agreement clearly specifies the rules for collection, storage, usage, sharing and security protection of personal information of our utility mobile application (hereinafter referred to as "the Application"), as well as all legal rights enjoyed by users in terms of personal information protection.
Important Notice: Please carefully read and fully understand all terms of this Agreement before downloading, installing and using the Application. Your acts of downloading, installing, registering and continuously using the Application mean that you voluntarily and explicitly agree to our processing of your personal information in accordance with this Agreement. If you disagree with any content herein, please stop using the Application immediately.
1. Rules for Information Collection and Usage
We strictly abide by the compliance principle of necessity and minimality. We collect and use users’ personal information reasonably and moderately only to realize the core service functions of the Application, and firmly prohibit excessive collection and illegal abuse of user data.
1.1 Application Permission Application
To ensure stable operation of all functions and optimize overall user experience, the Application may apply for the following system permissions. All permissions correspond to actual business functions without invalid or redundant authorization:

Temporarily adjust screen brightness, device volume and other system parameters according to user scenarios and demands to enhance operation convenience and comfort.

Permission Management: You may enable or disable all permissions freely via Settings > Apps > This Application > Permissions. Disabling relevant permissions will lead to malfunction of corresponding functions, please operate with caution.
1.2 Types of Collected Information
(1) Information Provided Voluntarily by Users
Account Information: Basic information such as username and email address you submit during account registration, used for registration verification, identity authentication and account security maintenance.
User Content: Texts, files, pictures and other customized data that you input, upload, edit or process via the Application.
(2) Information Collected Automatically by the System
Device Information: Automatically collect device model, operating system version, unique device ID, IP address and other basic parameters for device adaptation, service stability maintenance and troubleshooting.
Usage Logs: Automatically record application running logs, crash records and performance data for fault repair, problem solving and product performance optimization.
Usage Statistics: Collect anonymous statistics on function usage frequency and user operation habits merely for product iteration and optimization, without associating with any real personal identity information.
1.3 Rules for Sensitive Information Processing
In regular operation, we will not actively collect the following sensitive personal information: precise geographic location, contacts, SMS and call records, camera and microphone data, biometric information.
If new functions requiring sensitive permissions are launched in the future, we will apply for your separate authorization and inform you of detailed function purposes and usage rules. You may cancel relevant authorization in device system settings at any time, and we will immediately stop collecting and processing such sensitive information.
2. Scope and Purpose of Information Usage
We promise that all collected user personal information shall only be used for the following legal and compliant service scenarios, and shall never be used for any purposes irrelevant to the operation of the Application:
1. Provide, maintain and continuously optimize core functions of the Application to ensure stable service operation;
2. Complete user account registration, login verification, account management and relevant compliant transaction processing;
3. Analyze user behaviors and operation habits to optimize product design and upgrade user experience;
4. Push necessary service notifications, version updates and security alerts to safeguard users’ right to know;
5. Identify and prevent fraud and security risks to protect users’ account security and legitimate rights and interests;
6. Strictly abide by national laws, regulations and regulatory requirements and fulfill compliance operation obligations.
3. Introduction to Integrated Third-Party Services
To enrich product functions and improve service quality, the Application integrates multiple compliant third-party service tools and advertising services. All third-party partners process relevant user data in accordance with their independent privacy policies. We have conducted strict compliance screening on all cooperative third parties to ensure their legitimate and safe data processing behaviors. You are suggested to check their privacy policies to learn about detailed data processing rules before using third-party services.

4. Rules for Information Sharing and Disclosure
We solemnly promise never to sell, trade or rent users’ personal information to any third party. We always adhere to the bottom line of user privacy protection. Only under the following legitimate and necessary circumstances will we share relevant user information within the minimum necessary scope, strictly standardize sharing procedures and control data scope to fully protect user information security:
1. Service-oriented Sharing: Provide third-party SDK service providers with minimum necessary data required to realize application functions and advertising services;
2. Legal Disclosure: Disclose relevant user information in accordance with national laws and regulations, judicial investigation orders and regulatory compliance requirements;
3. Business Transfer: Transfer necessary user data to entities inheriting our rights and obligations within the scope of laws in case of corporate merger, acquisition, asset transfer and other major business changes;
4. Security Needs: Disclose information when necessary to prevent fraud risks, eliminate potential safety hazards and protect legitimate rights and interests of users and the public.
5. Data Storage and Security Protection Mechanism
Storage Location: Users’ personal data is mainly stored on compliant servers in Singapore. We strictly abide by local data protection laws and regulations, standardize the whole process of data storage, operation and processing to ensure legitimate data processing.
Storage Period: We retain users’ personal information only within a reasonable period to achieve service purposes or as required by laws and regulations. We will delete or anonymize user data in a timely manner after service purposes are fulfilled or the retention period expires.
Security Protection Measures: We build a data security protection system by adopting industry-standard technical and management means, including encrypted data transmission to prevent information leakage and tampering, hierarchical access control to restrict data access rights, and regular security audit mechanism to discover and eliminate hidden dangers in a timely manner.
It is hereby stated that absolute security cannot be guaranteed by any Internet transmission or electronic storage technology. We will spare no efforts to protect user data security, and shall not be liable for information security risks caused by uncontrollable factors such as network attacks and force majeure.
6. Protection of Users' Legitimate Rights and Interests
During your use of the Application, you enjoy the following legal rights related to personal information, and we will fully assist you in exercising all legitimate rights:
· Right of Access: Inquire about personal information retained by us and learn details of information collection, usage and storage;
· Right of Rectification: Request us to correct inaccurate and incomplete personal information;
· Right of Erasure: Apply for deletion of personal information when meeting conditions stipulated by laws and this Agreement;
· Right to Withdraw Consent: Revoke authorized permissions freely via device settings, and we will terminate corresponding information collection and processing simultaneously;
· Right of Account Cancellation: Apply for account cancellation via in-app functions or contacting our customer service;
· Right of Complaint: File complaints to relevant regulatory authorities if you find any illegal personal information processing behaviors conducted by us.
You may submit applications for exercising rights via the contact information attached at the end of this Agreement. We will handle and respond to your demands promptly after identity verification.
7. Minor Privacy Protection
This Application is designed for adult users and not intended for minors under the age of 13 (or higher statutory age in your region). We will not actively collect personal information of minors. If we accidentally obtain minor information due to operational negligence, we will completely delete such information immediately to avoid leakage risks.
If you are a guardian of a minor and find that the minor has submitted personal information without your consent, please feel free to contact us. We will verify and delete relevant data as soon as possible to fully protect minors' privacy security.
8. Rules for Agreement Update and Revision
We may revise this Privacy Agreement timely according to law updates, product function iteration, business scope adjustment and other actual situations. After revision, we will release the latest version and update the release date on the announcement page. In case of major changes to privacy rules, we will inform users prominently via in-app pop-ups and internal notifications to ensure users' right to know.
Your continued use of the Application after agreement update shall be deemed as your recognition and acceptance of all terms of the new agreement. If you disagree with updated terms, you may stop using the Application, and we will terminate the collection and processing of your personal information.
