Shozi (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. Shozi is an e-commerce app that allows users to browse products and place orders directly with sellers. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how it is used, and your rights when using the Shozi mobile application.

Shozi collects only the information necessary to process your orders:

Important: We do not collect customer phone numbers. Seller phone numbers are used only to enable WhatsApp messaging or phone calls.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Your name and delivery address are shared directly with the seller via WhatsApp to process and deliver your order.
  
  

• We do not store this information in Firebase, Supabase, or any other database.
  
  

• No personal information is used for marketing, analytics, or shared with third parties.
  
  

3. Sharing of Information

• Only shared with the seller to fulfill your order.
  
  

• Never sold or shared with advertisers or third parties.
  
  

4. Data Security

• Shozi does not store customer order information, so risk of data breaches is minimal.
  
  

• All data sent via WhatsApp is encrypted in transit.
  
  

5. Third-Party Services

• WhatsApp and Phone apps: To place orders or call sellers; governed by their privacy policies
  
  

• Supabase: Stores product images only; no personal data stored
  
  

• Firebase: Used for app functionality and analytics; no personal data stored
  
  

6. Children’s Privacy
Shozi is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

7. Data Deletion
Even though Shozi does not store order information, you may contact us at shahidatif900@gmail.com to request that any temporary order details sent via WhatsApp be deleted if applicable.

8. No Accounts or Login
Shozi does not require account creation. All orders are placed anonymously through the order form.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. The “Effective Date” will be updated to reflect changes.
