1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ShowVibe (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (this “Agreement”), whether you are a registered user or a guest. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you may not use the App.

2. Account Registration and Use

1. You must be at least 18 years old to register for an account. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. You may not use false or misleading information when registering, nor may you create an account on behalf of someone else without their express permission.

3. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of this Agreement, suspected fraud, or inactivity.

 3. User Conduct

1. You agree to use the App in a manner that complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and this Agreement. You shall not use the App to engage in any illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of privacy, or otherwise objectionable behavior.

2. You may not upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that:

    - Contains viruses, malware, or other harmful computer code;

    - Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents;

    - Is false, misleading, or deceptive;

    - Constitutes spam, junk mail, or chain letters;

    - Violates the privacy rights of others or discloses personal information without proper authorization.

3. You are responsible for the content you post or share on the App. We do not assume any liability for such content, but we reserve the right to review, remove, or disable access to any content that we believe violates this Agreement or is otherwise inappropriate.

 4. Intellectual Property Rights

1. The App and all its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software, and the design and layout of the App, are owned by or licensed to   and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or perform any part of the App or its content without prior written permission from ShowVibe.

2. By uploading or sharing content on the App, you grant ShowVibe a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such content in connection with the operation and promotion of the App. You represent and warrant that you have the right to grant such a license and that your content does not violate the rights of any third party.

5. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference, for details on how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Third-Party Services and Links

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.

2. You use the App at your own risk, and we are not responsible for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, damage to your device, or interruption of service.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ShowVibe be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or your inability to use the App, even if [Company Name] has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

2. The total liability of ShowVibe under this Agreement, if any, shall be limited to the amount you paid, if any, to access or use the App.

10. Indemnification
