At ShotsLab, we believe in your right to privacy and the security of your data. This policy explains how we handle your information in our mobile application.
1. Information We Collect
We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide and support our services.
Account Email: Collected via Google or Apple Sign-In. This is used solely to identify your account and link your subscription across devices.
Subscription Status: We process purchase receipts, subscription tiers, billing periods, and renewal status. This information is processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store and validated via our backend.
App Data (Profiles): Any ballistic calculator configurations (profiles) you save. By default, these are stored locally on your device.
2. How We Use Your Data
Authentication: Your email links your subscription to your account so you can restore purchases on any supported device.
Feature Access: Subscription data is used to determine which features are available to you based on your tier.
Configuration Recovery: Saved profiles are used to restore your calculator configurations.
3. What We Do NOT Collect
We are committed to data minimization:
No Location Tracking: We never request or record your location data.
No Image Uploads: Target images used in group analysis are processed entirely on-device and are never uploaded to our servers.
No Analytics: We do not include third-party analytics SDKs or crash reporting tools in this app.
4. Data Storage and Security
Local Storage: App data and preferences are stored locally on your device using secure storage.
Cloud Sync (Pro Only): Pro subscribers may opt-in to cloud synchronization. If enabled, your profile data is stored in our database hosted by Supabase in the United States.
5. Third-Party Services
We partner with the following providers for essential services:
Apple App Store / Google Play Store: For payment processing and subscription management.
Supabase: For authentication services and cloud database hosting. You can view their privacy policy at supabase.com/privacy.
6. Your Rights and Data Deletion
You have the right to access, modify, or delete your data at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, please contact us at support@shotslab.app. We will process your request within 30 days.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top.
