INSTRUCTIONS

Championship Instructions to be Followed:

1. Maintain Discipline and Keep the Venue Clean:

It is imperative that all participants, officials, and spectators maintain discipline throughout the championship. Please adhere to the following guidelines:

- Keep the hall clean at all times. Dispose of any garbage in the designated dustbins.

- Refrain from littering or leaving any personal belongings unattended.

- Respect the venue and its facilities. Any damage caused will be the responsibility of the individual or team involved.

2. Display E-ID Cards and Lunch Arrangements:

All team players, coaches, and referees must display their e-ID cards at all times for identification purposes. Additionally, please follow these instructions regarding lunch arrangements:

- Present your e-ID card before entering the dining area for lunch, lunch timing are 12pm to 1pm.

- Maintain decorum and cleanliness in the dining area.

- Avoid wasting food and be mindful of portion sizes to reduce food wastage.

3. Tournament Organization and Bout Etiquette:

The tournament has been meticulously organized to provide a fair and enjoyable experience for all participants. Please observe the following guidelines:

- Show patience and calmness during your bouts. Respect your opponents and the decisions made by the referees.

- Follow the schedule and be punctual for your assigned bouts.

- Familiarize yourself with the event schedule and ensure your presence at the assembly area (judo mat) for your respective events.

4. Referees and Officials:

For the convenience of officials and coaches, a designated refreshment area is available. Please adhere to the following instructions:

- Referees and officials are requested to take their refreshments at the designated refreshment area.

- Refreshment timing is scheduled at 8 am, 12 pm, and 4 pm.

We appreciate your cooperation in following these championship instructions. By maintaining discipline, cleanliness, and proper conduct, we can ensure a successful and enjoyable tournament for all participants.

Additional Instruction:

To ensure the smooth running of the championship and the safety of all participants, coaches, officials, players, and parents are strictly prohibited from unnecessarily approaching or lingering near the tatami area. Please respect this rule and allow the competitors to focus on their bouts without distractions. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
