User Content: Refers to photos, videos, music, or other content created or uploaded within the application by the User.
Mobile Application: The mobile application published on the App Store under the Provider's developer account.
Device: Your mobile phone, tablet, or other applicable device.
Trial Period: The duration during which free access to Services is provided.
Services: Various features offered by the application.
Subscription: Grants full access to certain Services with an automatic renewal option where applicable.
Subscription Term: The duration of the Subscription.
Subscription Fees: Fees associated with the Subscription.
Free Term: A period of free access with limited features.
Free Services: Services provided at no cost.
Tariffs: Different rates for Subscriptions based on the Services offered.
The Provider grants you a license to use the application for personal use.
Services may include content creation, in-app purchases, subscriptions, and other functionality available within the application.
Free Services may be available during the Free Term, and the Provider may impose technical restrictions and alter functionality.
The Provider authorizes your access to and use of the application.
Users may be required to register through the applicable app store, provide necessary information, and acknowledge that the Provider processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts.
Users retain rights to their User Content and grant the Provider a license to use, store, and process such content to the extent necessary to provide and operate the Services.
Users are responsible for the legality of their User Content.
The Provider is not liable for the loss of User Content to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Users must use the application within legal and contractual limits.
Users must not copy, reveal, distribute, reverse engineer, or create unauthorized software based on the application except where permitted by applicable law.
The application must not be used for illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or otherwise prohibited content or activities.
The Provider will perform the Services with reasonable skill and care.
Users are responsible for paying applicable Subscription Fees and maintaining the security of their accounts.
Users must also comply with applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms.
These Terms commence on the Effective Date.
Termination or suspension may occur at the discretion of either the User or the Provider where permitted under these Terms and applicable law.
Upon termination, access to the relevant Services may cease.
Certain Services require payment.
Subscription Fees are paid according to the selected Tariffs.
Subscriptions, purchased content, and in-app purchases may be processed and managed through the applicable app store.
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled in accordance with the terms and procedures of the applicable app store.
The application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The Provider disclaims warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
The Provider is not responsible for User Content or uninterrupted availability of the application.
Users are responsible for claims and damages resulting from their unlawful use of the application or violation of these Terms.
The Provider's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Bulgaria, except where mandatory applicable law provides otherwise.
The relationship between the User and the Provider is that of independent contracting parties.
Personal information is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
The Provider reserves the right to interrupt or restrict the Services temporarily for maintenance, updates, technical reasons, security purposes, or other operational requirements.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the User and the Provider regarding use of the application.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
The Provider may update these Terms from time to time.
