III. '' OUR POLICY ON FACE DATA ''

We take your privacy seriously when processing your photos and videos. Most processing activities occur on your device.

• AI Model Training: As Shot AI, Astria Dreambooth API is used to train Artificial Intelligence Model using users' photos. Astria keeps the photos used for training in its database for 30 days and deletes them after 30 days. It can be deleted directly when the user requests deletion. If you would like your photos used for the AI Model train to be deleted immediately, please contact us at the following email address: shotai.help@gmail.com

• AI Generated Headshots & Avatars: AI photos generated by AI Model are stored on your device, and when you delete the photo in the app or uninstall the app from your phone, all your photos will be deleted.

• We do not use photos or videos to identify individual users.

• We do not use your photos, videos, or enhanced images for authentication, advertising, marketing, or to target users.

• We do not use your photos, videos, or enhanced images to build user profiles or share them with third parties.
