What the extension accesses : ShortsPulse reads publicly visible information from the YouTube Shorts page currently being viewed by the user.
This includes:
Video title
Creator name
Hashtags
How the information is used: This information is processed locally within your browser and displayed inside the extension interface to make it easier to view and copy. No information is transmitted to external servers. No information is transmitted to external servers.
3. No Personal Data Collection
ShortsPulse does not:
Collect personally identifiable information (PII)
Track browsing activity across websites
Monitor network activity
Access private YouTube account information
Sell or share user data with third parties
4. Local Processing
All functionality operates locally within the user's browser. No user data is uploaded, stored remotely, or transmitted outside the browser.

This extension does not use remote code. All functionality is contained within the extension package distributed through the Chrome Web Store.
