1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Keyboard Shortcut application ("App") on any Apple-platform device, you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download or use the App.

2. End User License Agreement (EULA)

This App is licensed to you, not sold. Your use of the App is also governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Apple EULA"), which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA shall take precedence with respect to Apple's specific requirements.

3. Description of the App

Keyboard Shortcut is a custom iOS keyboard extension that provides the following features:

• Text Shortcuts — Save and instantly paste frequently used texts, URLs, and photos

• Grammar Check — AI-powered grammar correction

• Spell Check — Automatic spelling error detection and correction

• Paraphrase — AI-assisted sentence and paragraph rewriting

• Translate — Text translation across 50+ languages

• Tone Changer — Rewrite text in different tones (Professional, Casual, Formal, Funny, Persuasive, Empathetic)

• Ask AI — AI-powered question and answer assistant

4. License Grant

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part of it

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

• Rent, lease, loan, sell, or sublicense the App to any third party

• Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose

5. Full Access & Keyboard Extension

The App functions as a keyboard extension on iOS. To use AI-powered features, you must enable Allow Full Access in your device settings.

By enabling Full Access, you acknowledge that:

• Full Access is required solely to enable AI and internet-based features

• We do not collect, store, log, or retain any text you type

• We do not track your keystrokes in any way

• Full Access does not give the App access to your personal data beyond what is strictly necessary for the App to function

6. No Data Collection

Keyboard Shortcut does not collect any user data.

We do not collect, store, share, sell, or transmit:

• Your typed text or keystrokes

• Your personal information

• Your device information

• Your usage data or analytics

• Any other data of any kind

Text that is submitted through AI features (such as Grammar Check, Paraphrase, Translate, etc.) is sent directly to a third-party AI provider solely to generate a response. This text is not stored, logged, or retained by us at any point.

All shortcuts and data you save within the App are stored locally on your device only and are never uploaded to any server.

7. AI-Powered Features

The App uses third-party AI services to power features such as Grammar Check, Spell Check, Paraphrase, Translate, Tone Changer, and Ask AI.

By using these features, you agree that:

• Text submitted for AI processing is transmitted to a third-party AI provider to generate a response

• AI-generated responses are provided for informational and productivity purposes only

• The accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content is not guaranteed

• You are solely responsible for reviewing any AI-generated output before use

8. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You must not use the App to:

• Generate or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, or defamatory

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks

• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App

• Use the App in any manner that violates any applicable law or regulation

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, software, and features within the App are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted no rights in or to the App's intellectual property other than the limited license set forth in Section 4.

10. Third-Party Services

The App relies upon third-party AI service providers to deliver AI-powered features. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. The App is not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of any third-party services.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. There is no warranty that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free

• AI-generated results will be accurate or complete

• Any defects in the App will be corrected

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the App and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

13. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
