1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of ShortBite: Short Drama Reel TV (the "App"), a short drama and mini-series streaming app operated by Diginust ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the App. If you are under 18, you may use the App only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian, who must also make any purchases. Some content may be intended for mature audiences only.
3. Your Account
• You may use the App as a guest or sign in with Google, Facebook, Apple or email.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and must not impersonate anyone else.
• Guest accounts are tied to your device. If you uninstall the App or change devices without signing in, your coins, watch history and unlocked content may be lost.
• Tell us immediately at app@diginust.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
4. Licence to Use the App
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App and stream its content for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not transfer ownership of any content to you, including episodes you unlock with coins or a subscription.
5. Content Availability
• Our catalogue changes over time. We may add, remove or edit dramas, episodes or features at any time, including content you have already unlocked, for example when a licence ends.
• Some content may not be available in every country or language.
• Free episodes, preview episodes and the number of episodes that require unlocking are set by us and may change.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
• Download, record, screen-capture, copy, redistribute, re-upload or publicly broadcast any content from the App.
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written permission.
• Bypass, disable or interfere with security features, paywalls, ads or content protection.
• Use bots, scripts, emulators, modified versions of the App or any other means to earn coins, rewards or bonuses unfairly.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the App's source code.
• Create multiple accounts to abuse promotions, check-in rewards or free trials.
• Use the App in any way that is unlawful, harmful or infringes the rights of others.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules and remove any coins, rewards or content obtained through misuse.
7. Coins and Bonus Coins
• Coins are a virtual item used only to unlock episodes and other content inside the App. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, transferred to another account or sold.
• Bonus coins earned through check-ins, ads, tasks or promotions may expire after a set period, which is shown in the App.
• When you unlock content, bonus coins may be used before purchased coins unless the App states otherwise.
• We may change coin prices and the number of coins needed to unlock an episode at any time. Changes do not affect content you have already unlocked.
8. Subscriptions and VIP Membership
• Subscriptions give access to selected content or benefits for a set period (for example, weekly, monthly or yearly), as described in the App at the time of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in the Google Play Store under Payments & subscriptions. Uninstalling the App does not cancel a subscription.
• If a free trial is offered, you will be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
9. Payments and Refunds
• All purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms.
• Prices are shown in your local currency and may include applicable taxes.
• Except where required by law, all purchases of coins and subscriptions are final and non-refundable. Refund requests are handled under Google Play's refund policy.
• If a purchase did not arrive in your account, email app@diginust.com with your transaction ID and we will help.
10. Advertising and Third-Party Services
The App may show ads, including rewarded ads that unlock episodes or give bonus coins. Ads and links may lead to third-party websites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices, and your dealings with them are solely between you and them.
11. Intellectual Property
All content in the App, including videos, titles, artwork, logos, text, music and software, is owned by Diginust or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Nothing in these Terms gives you any right to use our names, logos or content except as allowed in Section 4.
If you believe content in the App infringes your copyright, email app@diginust.com with details of the work, where it appears in the App and your contact information.
12. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, without notice, if you break these Terms, misuse the App or if required by law. On termination, your licence ends and unused coins, bonus coins and unlocked content may be forfeited, except where the law requires otherwise.
13. Disclaimers
The App and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or available in every location. Streaming quality depends on your device and internet connection. Content is for entertainment only, and views expressed in dramas are not those of Diginust.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Diginust and its affiliates, partners and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or content, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Diginust harmless from any claims, losses or expenses, including legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the App.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version in the App and change the "Last updated" date above, and notify you of significant changes. Continuing to use the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad, unless the mandatory laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.
