About the Resource Person:

Mr. Dignesh Shaileshbhai Panchasara is currently working as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Commerce and Management, Rai Business School, Rai University, Ahmedabad. Previously, he was working as an assistant professor at Parul University, Vadodara (Gujarat)

He has done his Bachelors of Commerce (Accounting) and Masters of Commerce (Marketing & HRM) from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, Vadodara. He also carries Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration. Currently, he is pursuing a Ph.D. in Marketing from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, Gujarat.

He has awarded as Best Performance Award 2019 from Parul University. He has also awarded with the Young Researcher in Marketing 2019 from Global Outreach Research & Education Association and Bright Educator Award 2019 from International Institute of Organized Research. Currently, he entered into the elite category of Top 50 International Distinguished Young Researcher 2020 by International Institute of Organized Research.

He has published 9 research papers in national and international UGC CARE approved journals and presented 14 research papers in various national and international Seminars and Conferences.
