1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Short Dramas mobile application.

By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

2. About Short Dramas

Short Dramas provides access to short-form video entertainment content, including episodic drama series and related digital content.

Content availability may vary depending on region, licensing agreements, and updates.

3. User Account

You may need to create an account or sign in through supported authentication methods.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account information.

You agree not to:

• share your account with others;

• misuse the App;

• attempt unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions

Short Dramas offers auto-renewable subscriptions.

Subscriptions provide access to premium content and features available in the App.

Subscription details, including:

• price;

• duration;

• renewal terms;

are displayed before purchase.

5. Auto-Renewal

Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal according to your selected subscription plan.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through:

Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions

6. Free Trials

If a free trial is offered:

• your subscription begins immediately after the trial period ends unless cancelled;

• your account will be charged according to the selected subscription plan.

Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

7. Content Usage

All content available through Short Dramas is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may:

• watch content for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

• copy;

• distribute;

• reproduce;

• modify;

• sell;

• publicly display content without permission.

8. Availability of Content

We may:

• add new content;

• remove content;

• modify features;

• update the App.

Content availability may change due to licensing or operational reasons.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• use the App for illegal purposes;

• interfere with App operation;

• attempt to access restricted areas;

• exploit bugs or vulnerabilities.

10. Intellectual Property

The App, including:

• design;

• trademarks;

• logos;

• software;

• user interface;

is owned by Short Dramas or its licensors.

11. Disclaimer

The App is provided on an "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that:

• the App will always be available;

• content will always be uninterrupted;

• all features will remain unchanged.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Short Dramas shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms.

You may stop using the App at any time.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws, without limiting mandatory consumer protection rights available in your jurisdiction.
