• We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold your dates, balance is due day of arrival.

• Payment Method- E-Transfer

• Prices listed include tax

• We require a $500 security deposit which will be returned to you less any damages within 2 days of check-out

• Check-in after 4:00 PM

• Check-out before 10:00 AM

• Cancellation policy- Please read. If you cancel your reservation within 60 days prior to your arrival date you will forfeit your rental fees unless vacation home can be re-rented. Security fee will be returned.

• We are very sorry but we cannot accommodate pets.
