Our Paella

All of our paellas are cooked on the premises.  They include medium grain rice, garlic, bell peppers, onions, and your choice of meats, seafood, vegetables and any other customization of food choices.  Our paellas will serve 20 to 70 people.

The Standard Paella (mixed paella)

Our standard paella is anything but standard.  It includes sausage, boneless chicken thighs, cleaned tail off shrimp and clams.  

$25 x 20 people = $500

Paella Castellana (no seafood)

Paella castellana includes boneless chicken thighs, pork and chorizo.  

$25 x 20 people = $500

Paella Marinera (seafood paella)

For seafood lovers, Paella Marinera includes clams, mussels, scallops and shrimp (both jumbo head on and tail off for that added touch). 

$30 x 20 people = $600
