Coach Kelly Koenig enters her twelfth season as head coach for the Shore Regional Field Hockey Program. This is her 19th year as a coach for the Blue Devils, spending seven years as an assistant to Coach Nancy Williams. As the head coach, the 2014, 2015, 2018, 2019, 2021, 2024 & 2025 Blue Devils team won their Sectional Championship and Group 1 State Championship Title. In 2021, Shore Regional reclaimed the Shore Conference Tournament title and won the title back again in 2022. During the 2015 season, Koenig was named NFHS New Jersey Field Hockey Coach of the Year. The Shore Regional Field Hockey coaching staff was selected by the National Field Hockey Coaches Association as New Jersey's 2025 Coaching Staff of the Year. Koenig spent her college career playing at Monmouth University. She was the first player in NEC history to be selected as a four-time first-team all NEC Honoree, the second Monmouth player to be named to the NFHCA All-American Mid-Atlantic team in 2004, 2004 Team Captain/MVP and New Jersey Association of Intercollegiate Athletic Woman (NJAIAW) Woman of the Year Nominee. Before joining the Shore Regional Field Hockey Coaching staff in 2007, she was an assistant coach at Monmouth University in 2006.

Coach Kelly Finch enters her twelfth season as a coach for the Shore Regional Blue Devils. Coach Finch is the assistant varsity coach. Prior to coaching at Shore Regional, she was an assistant coach for Rider University under Lori Hussong. Finch played for Rider University during her college career and was named captain and Defensive Player of the Year of the 2009 squad that went on to win the NEC Regular-Season Championship. Finch is a graduate from Middletown High School North and was the 2005 Shore Conference Player of the Year. 

Coach Nadine Surak enters her fourteenth season as an assistant coach for the Shore Regional Blue Devils. During her time at Shore Regional, she has coached the goal keepers, the freshman and JV teams. Surak played for Hofstra University during her college career. She is a Shore Regional High School Alumni and was a member of the 2002 Shore Conference and State Championship winning team and the 2003 Shore Conference winning team. Surak was named to the 2003 All-Shore Field Hockey Team.

Coach Maggie Lamb enters her second year coaching the freshmen field hockey team at Shore Regional. She studied and played field hockey at Rutgers University. She was a part of the 2021 Big Ten Tournament Championship-winning team. She is a Shore Regional High School alumnus and was a member of the 2015 and 2018 State Championship-winning teams.
