These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") define the conditions for using the Shopping Memo application (hereinafter referred to as the "App") and the rights and obligations between users and the provider of the App.
By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
The App is designed to help users manage shopping lists, notes, cards, categories, favorites, completed items, and related information.
The App can generally be used without creating an account or logging in.
The App is provided free of charge. However, advertisements may be displayed within the App.
The App may also provide features such as voice input, voluntary advertisement viewing to support the developer, and other features added by the App provider.
Shopping lists, notes, cards, categories, favorites, completed items, and other information created within the App are generally stored only on the user's device.
Users are responsible for managing all information entered into the App.
Data stored within the App may be lost, corrupted, or altered due to device failure, device replacement, application removal, operating system issues, application bugs, user error, or other reasons.
The App provider does not guarantee the storage, restoration, or integrity of any data stored within the App.
The App is intended solely as a tool to assist users in managing shopping lists and notes. The App provider does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or usefulness of any information entered into the App.
Even if a user purchases products based on information stored in the App, the App provider shall not be responsible for product prices, availability, quality, purchasing decisions, forgotten purchases, incorrect purchases, or any resulting consequences.
When using the voice input feature, speech recognition errors or recognition failures may occur. Users are responsible for reviewing and confirming any content created through voice input.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App provider shall not be liable for any damages, loss of data, loss of business opportunities, disputes with third parties, or any other damages arising from the use of the App, except where caused by the App provider's intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
The App may provide a voice input feature that allows users to enter notes using speech.
This feature may use speech recognition services provided by the device, operating system, Google, or other third parties.
Voice recognition accuracy may be affected by network conditions, device status, background noise, pronunciation, or the specifications of the speech recognition service.
Users are responsible for reviewing and correcting any content generated through voice input.
The App may display advertisements to support operating costs and ongoing development.
The App may also provide a feature that allows users to voluntarily watch advertisements to support the developer.
The content, appearance, destination links, products, and services associated with advertisements are provided by advertising providers or advertisers. The App provider does not guarantee their content.
Watching advertisements does not entitle users to receive money, points, products, or any other rewards unless explicitly stated within the App.
Users must not engage in fraudulent ad impressions, invalid clicks, fraudulent ad viewing, or any other actions intended to abuse advertising systems.
Users must not engage in any of the following activities while using the App:
Violating laws or public order and morals.
Interfering with the operation of the App.
Reverse engineering, modifying, copying, reproducing, redistributing, or republishing the App without authorization.
Intentionally exploiting bugs or defects in the App.
Performing fraudulent ad impressions, invalid clicks, or fraudulent advertisement viewing.
Infringing upon the rights or interests of third parties.
Any other conduct that the App provider considers inappropriate.
All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the App provider or the respective rights holders.
The contents of shopping lists, notes, and other information entered by users remain the property of the users.
However, users grant the App permission to process such information to the extent necessary for providing App functions, displaying data, storing data, creating backups, and operating the App.
The App provider may modify the App, add or remove features, suspend, interrupt, or terminate the App at any time without prior notice.
The App provider shall not be liable for any damages resulting from modifications, suspension, interruption, or termination of the App, except where caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
The App provider may revise these Terms whenever necessary.
Revised Terms will become effective after being announced within the App, on the App's related website, or by any other method deemed appropriate by the App provider.
Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
Any disputes arising between users and the App provider in connection with the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the App provider as the court of first instance.
