When you download or use the apps, these terms automatically apply to you, so you should make sure you read them carefully before using the apps. You are not permitted to copy or modify the apps, any part of the apps, or our trademarks in any way. You are not permitted to attempt to extract the source code of the Applications, and you must not attempt to translate the Applications into other languages or create derivative versions. The applications themselves, as well as all trademarks, copyrights, database rights and other intellectual property rights associated with them, still belong to the Developer!

I strive to make my applications as useful and efficient as possible. For this reason, I reserve the right to make changes to the applications or charge for their services at any time and for any reason. I will never charge for an app or its services without making it clear to you exactly what you are paying for.

My Applications store and process the personal data that you have provided to us in order to provide our Service. You are responsible for the security of your phone and access to the application. Therefore, I recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and restrictions imposed by the official operating system of your device. This may leave your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malware, compromise your phone's security features, and may cause our apps to not work properly or not work at all.

My apps use third party services that state their own terms and conditions.

Google Analytics for Firebase

You should be aware that there are certain things the Developer is not responsible for. Some app features will require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection may be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile operator, but Developer cannot be held responsible for applications not working at full capacity if you do not have Wi-Fi access and you do not have your data limit left.

If you use our apps outside of a Wi-Fi area, you should be aware that your terms of agreement with your mobile carrier will still apply. As a result, your mobile operator may charge you data charges for the duration of your connection when accessing applications or other third party charges. When using our applications, you are responsible for any such charges, including roaming data charges, if you use the application outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off roaming data. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you are using our apps, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer to use our apps.

In the same vein, the Developer cannot always take responsibility for how you use our applications, i.e. you need to make sure that your device remains charged - if it runs out of battery and you cannot turn it on, to use the Service, the Developer cannot assume responsibility.

Regarding the Developer's responsibility for your use of our applications, when you use our applications, it is important to remember that while we strive to ensure that they are always updated and correct, we rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you. . The developer is not responsible for any damages, direct or indirect, that you incur as a result of relying entirely on this functionality of our applications.

At some point, we may want to update our applications. Our apps are currently available for iOS - system requirements (and any additional systems we choose to extend app availability to) may change and you'll need to download updates if you want to continue using our apps. I do not promise that I will always update my apps to suit you and/or work with the version of iOS you have on your device. However, you promise to always accept app updates when they are offered to you. We may also terminate the provision of the application and terminate its use at any time without notice to you of the termination. Unless we notify you otherwise, upon termination (a), the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the app, and (if needed) delete it from your device.

Changes to This Terms and Conditions

We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. I will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
