ShopNow may provide affiliate links to products. Users acknowledge and agree that ShopNow may earn commissions through these links, and ShopNow’s privacy policies govern the use of such data.

3. Features and Functionality

ShopNow provides a feature displaying the price history of products available online. The accuracy of the data is determined by various algorithms and technologies.

3.2 Lowest Price List
The App includes a feature highlighting a list of products available at the lowest prices. Users understand that this information is subject to change and may not represent real-time data.

3.3 Cashbacks
ShopNow offers cashback rewards for certain platform purchases. Users acknowledge that cashback offers are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective platforms. ShopNow does not guarantee the availability or accuracy of cashback rewards.

4. User-Generated Content

Users may contribute product information through barcode scanning and link-pasting features. ShopNow reserves the right to review, edit, or remove any content that violates policies or legal requirements.

4.2 Affirmation of Rights
Users affirm they own or control the rights to the content provided and that it does not violate ShopNow’s policies or cause harm to any party. Users grant ShopNow the right to use, reproduce, and display the content within the App.
