We collect information depending on how you interact with ShopNAll (as a User or as a Business).

A. Information Collected for All Account Types

• Account & Authentication Data: We use Google Sign-In for authentication. When you log in, we collect your basic Google profile information (such as your name, email address, and profile picture).

• Phone Verification Data: We collect and verify your mobile phone number using Google’s authentication services (such as Firebase Phone Authentication) to secure your account and prevent fraudulent activity.

B. Information Specific to Business Accounts

If you register a Business Account, we collect:

• Business Profile & Location Details: Business name, physical address, contact phone number, and geographic location pinned via the map to allow users to discover your business location easily. 

• Media & Uploads: Photos, images, catalog items, and branding materials uploaded to represent your business on the app.

C. Information Specific to User Accounts & Usage

• Location Data: To help users discover nearby businesses and provide map navigation features, we may collect precise or approximate location data from your mobile device when enabled.

• In-App Chat Data: Messages, communications, and inquiries exchanged between Users and Businesses within the app’s chat feature.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• Account Management: To create, authenticate, and maintain your account via Google Sign-In and mobile phone verification.

• Core App Functionality:

  • Enabling users to discover nearby local businesses.

  • Facilitating map navigation to business locations.

  • Allowing direct chat and communication between Users and Businesses.

• Business Listings: Displaying business details (address, photos, phone numbers) publicly within the app to help users discover them.

• App Security & Support: To verify identities, prevent fraud, troubleshoot technical issues, and improve overall user experience.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only in the following scenarios:

• Publicly Displayed Business Info: Business names, photos, addresses, and business contact numbers provided by Business accounts are visible to Users to enable discovery.

• Third-Party Service Providers: We use trusted third-party services to operate the app:

  • Google Services / Firebase: For authentication, mobile verification, databases, and map/location services.

• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal requests by public authorities.

4. Location Data & Permissions

To provide discovery and map navigation features, ShopNAll requests access to your device's location services. You can grant or revoke location permissions at any time through your mobile device’s settings. However, disabling location access may limit certain features, such as nearby business discovery and interactive navigation.

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures—leveraging secure Google Cloud and Firebase infrastructure—to help protect your personal information. While we strive to protect your data, no security system is completely impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee 100% security.

6. Your Data Rights & Retention

• Access & Update: You can update your business profile details, uploaded photos, and account information directly within the app.

• Account Deletion: You may request the deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us or using the in-app account deletion options.

• Data Retention: We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy or as required by law.

7. Children's Privacy

ShopNAll is not intended for use by children under the age of 13 (or 16 in certain jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
