These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you”, “user”) and Flash Light (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) regarding your access to and use of the Flash Light mobile application (the “App”).
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must stop using the App immediately.
The App is provided for general utility purposes only.
There are no age restrictions for using this Application.
Unless otherwise stated, the App and all related content, including but not limited to source code, design, text, graphics, logos, and interface elements (collectively, the “Content”), are owned by or licensed to the Company and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by the Company.
By using the App, you represent and warrant that:
You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms
You will use the App only for lawful purposes
You will not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to interfere with the App
You will not attempt to access or modify the App’s internal systems
You agree not to:
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify the App
Copy, reproduce, or redistribute the App or any part of it
Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the App
Introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code
Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
Use the App for commercial or revenue-generating purposes without written permission
The App does not allow users to upload, submit, or share any content.
If such features are added in the future, they will be governed by updated Terms & Conditions.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices that you own or control, strictly in accordance with these Terms.
You may not:
Modify or create derivative works of the App
Use the App to develop competing products
Exploit the App for commercial purposes
Your privacy is important to us. Flash Light does not collect, store, process, or share any personal or non-personal data and does not request any device permissions.

These Terms remain in effect while you use the App. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE APP’S ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR AVAILABILITY.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated version with a new “Last updated” date.
