Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final - but we're always here to help if there's a problem

What this means:

• Since all orders are paid in advance and shipped or pickup locally, we do not accept refunds or returns once the order has been gotten.

• *Pickup orders, Please double-check your items before leaving the pickup to make sure everything is correct and in good condition.

• *Shipped orders, If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and well work with you to make it right.

We want you to love what you get! If your order:

• Is missing an item, or

• Has the wrong product (ex: wrong color or bracelet name.)
