How to get started with your first shop. And a quick reference. It's easy, just load up the default shopping list (in settings) and use the visual guide here.

Setup your list
This list is where you hold all your items (bread/eggs etc.)
You can start with the default list and add to it later
This holds your shopping lists.
Each list remembers your selections and checked-off status
Once you have setup your items and lists, you are ready to shop. Just select your list...
...and all of your items can now be easily selected and checked off
Lets Shop!
Before you step out, select the items for your next shopping trip.
Use "Select" tab, and select each item. Use the search bar if needed
Time to go shopping!
Switch to Checklist, and check off each item as you shop
You can switch to Unchecked (remaining) items if that's easier
You've finished your shop.
A couple of items were not in the store. What to do?
Lets look at your options...
End Shop Options
You now have 3 options -->
Repeat Shop
Keeps your original selections
Clears the checklist
Un-Select Checked
Removes checked items from your selections
Un-Select all
Clears ALL your Selections
Start from scratch!
Shop3D for recipes and ingredients
Keep your shopping list and recipes/ingredients in the same place.
Create and manage as many Shopping Lists or Recipe Lists as you like. Each list has it's own note (e.g. for recipe instructions) and ingredients.
The status of each checked item is locked to each separate list/recipe - so you can shop for your cake ingredients without affecting your main shopping list.
Shopping List modes
The Item lists
...holds ALL of your items. This is where you can add/edit/delete items. An utem can be as simple as just a name - "soap", or it can include MUCH more
The Shopping/recipe list
You can have as many lists as you want. Each shopping list remembers it's own selections and status.
Selected list
Once you select a shopping list, you then have access to all of your items for selection

Printing
In Shopping list mode, you can print/share a list
Syncing across devices
All items, shopping lists, and even list status (selected and checked-off) are synced across all of your devices on your account.
Resetting the entire items database
Go to Menu, List Management
