I’m Kaushal Vasava, known artistically as Shockwave—a multidisciplinary composer, sound designer, and music producer with a passion for cinematic storytelling through sound. With over four years of professional experience, I specialize in blending orchestral, electronic, and world influences across genres like dubstep, trap, DnB, folk, and cinematic music to craft emotionally rich, sonically immersive experiences.
I’m Kaushal Vasava, known artistically as Shockwave—a multidisciplinary composer, sound designer, and music producer with a passion for cinematic storytelling through sound. With over four years of professional experience, I specialize in blending orchestral, electronic, and world influences across genres like dubstep, trap, DnB, folk, and cinematic music to craft emotionally rich, sonically immersive experiences.
My creative journey spans original compositions, remixes, and sound design for film, visual media, and interactive formats. I work extensively in FL Studio and Ableton Live, using a wide range of tools and techniques—from transforming a single vocal sample into a full track to designing creatures and atmospheres through layered field recordings, synthesis, and foley.

- "Parigot", a stylized short where I recorded and designed pigeon vocalizations, chase-scene foley, and immersive ambient textures.
- A horror-themed radio drama, where I focused on generative sound design, minimalistic music scoring, and emotionally charged audio textures.
- Most notably, I worked on advanced post-production projects using Dolby Atmos at my university's professional studio, gaining hands-on experience in spatial audio workflows and immersive sound mixing.
My background in computer engineering (VGEC, 2023) complements my technical precision in audio production. I’ve collaborated with renowned artists like Jigardan Gadhavi, co-produced a theme song for the film Naasoor, and won the Original Music Contest by SKIO Music in 2019.
