This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our mobile application Shock Reflex (the “App”).
We do not directly collect, store, or share personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or precise location.
However, if you choose to use third-party services such as Google Play Games Services, Google AdMob, Google Play Billing, Firebase, or similar services, those services may process certain information according to their own privacy policies.
Shock Reflex may generate and store gameplay-related data such as:
• Reaction time results
• Best score or fastest reaction time
• Average reaction time
• Recent scores or play history
• Rank-related values
• Game session results
• Tap count, success, miss, or timing-related values
• Local performance statistics
• App preferences related to gameplay, sound, vibration, theme, language, or UI settings
On-device Storage: These records are generally stored locally on your device.
No Upload by Us: We do not upload your local reaction test history or saved gameplay records to our own servers.
Leaderboard Exception: If you choose to use Google Play Games Services leaderboard or achievement features, certain scores, rankings, display names, profile information, or gameplay-related data may be submitted to and handled by Google Play Games Services.
Sharing is User-Initiated: If you choose to share screenshots, results, text, images, or exported content, that content is handled by the destination app or service under its own privacy policy.
If the App provides leaderboard, achievement, ranking, or game profile features, the App may use Google Play Games Services.
When you choose to use these features, Google may process information such as:
• Your Google Play Games profile
• Display name or gamer name
• Leaderboard scores
• Achievement progress
• Ranking information
• Game-related identifiers
• Sign-in status
• Related technical or account information
This information is handled by Google according to Google’s own privacy policies and account settings.
We do not receive your Google account password or full Google account details.
You can manage Google Play Games visibility, profile, and privacy settings through your Google account and Google Play Games settings.
To improve the app experience, we may collect limited, anonymous usage and technical data such as:
• App version
• Device model
• Operating system version
• Basic interaction data, such as feature usage, button taps, screen visits, and session length
• Crash logs and performance analytics through Google Play services, Firebase, or similar tools, if used
• Ad loading, purchase, or leaderboard-related technical events, if used
This data is not intended to directly identify you and is used to improve app performance, stability, reliability, and user experience.
Shock Reflex may store the following information locally on your device:
• App settings and preferences
• Sound settings
• Vibration settings
• Theme or visual settings
• Language selection
• Gameplay options
• Recent app state
• Local score history
• Cached app resources used for faster loading
This information is stored only on your device using local storage technologies such as SharedPreferences, local databases, or similar methods.
We do not sync this local data to our own servers.
If the App displays ads through Google AdMob or similar ad networks, those providers may collect advertising identifiers, such as the Android Advertising ID, to show personalized or non-personalized ads.
You can manage or opt out of personalized ads in your device settings.
The App may also use Google Play Billing or similar services to process in-app purchases, such as removing ads or unlocking premium features.
Billing data, including purchase history, is handled by Google according to its own policies.
We do not receive your full payment details.
Shock Reflex may use device features such as sound effects, vibration, or haptic feedback to provide gameplay feedback.
These features are used only to support the App experience.
We do not use vibration, sound, or haptic feedback to collect personal data.
If enabled, the App may use local notifications or similar system features for reminders, game alerts, saved result alerts, or other app-related notices.
These notifications are generated on your device.
We do not use them to collect personal data.
If the App provides copy, export, save, screenshot, or share-related features, copied or shared content is handled through system services on your device.
We do not receive clipboard contents.
If you choose to share reaction results, score screenshots, images, or exported files with another app or service, that destination app or service may handle the shared content according to its own privacy policy.
We do not store user data on our own servers.
App settings, caches, local scores, reaction test history, gameplay results, and preferences are stored locally on your device unless you choose to use third-party services such as Google Play Games Services.
No personal data is transmitted externally by us, aside from what is handled by third-party services such as ads, analytics, diagnostics, billing, and Google Play Games Services under their own policies.
We take reasonable measures within the scope of a mobile app to protect the data stored on your device, but you are also responsible for keeping your device secure.
The App may use third-party services that can collect information used to identify you or your device.
These may include, but are not limited to:
• Google AdMob – for displaying ads
• Google Play Services – for app functionality, diagnostics, or related services
• Google Play Games Services – for sign-in, leaderboards, achievements, or game ranking features
• Firebase – for analytics, crash reporting, diagnostics, or remote configuration, if used
• Google Play Billing – for handling in-app purchases, if used
These third parties have their own privacy policies that govern how they use your data.
We encourage you to review their policies before using the App.
The App is not directed to children under 13 years of age.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone, including children.
If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
