For most students, the best age to learn guitar is around age 7. But it's important to note that all students are different, so there really isn't a best age to start guitar lessons. Realistically, students can start guitar lessons as soon as they can comfortably hold a small-scale guitar and press down the strings.

The best age to start piano lessons is typically between the ages of 5 and 9-years-old. While older students may have an easier time learning to play, students as young as 5-years-old can also learn since the keys of the piano are easy to operate

Western Music Practical lessons for the students who faced the GCE Ordinary Level Examination

Individual lessons.

Starting from the very beginning or where you have stopped. Special attention on government syllabus.(Western Music Theory,Recorder Guitar and Keyboard)

Along with musical notation, students learn rhythmic techniques—like controlling tempo, recognizing time signatures, and the theory of harmony, including chords and key signatures. In addition to basic theory, a good teacher stresses musicality, or how to make the music sound good.
