We recommend to start simple shloka recitation for kids above 3 years of age.
Kids above 5 years can very well start learning simple shlokas and continue up the levels.
There are no upper age limits. We also welcome elders to learn Shlokas.
We recommend classes for 2 days in a week for all age groups.

Shloka Abhyasa classes are typically 45 minutes per session.
During festivals and occasions, we might organize special sessions that are longer.
Our online classes are conducted through Google Meet.
You can attend the classes with a smartphone / tablet / laptop with good internet.
We screen-share presentations with lyrics and pictures, so, for a better learning experience, try using a slightly larger screen (tablet/laptop)
Absolutely! Several NRI students learn Shloka classes with us from US, EU, Australia, Middle East, etc. Do mention your timezone in the enrollment form and we will discuss to schedule suitable timings.
We do not offer in person classes. All our classes are online.
Yes! We offer short courses for students aged 7 and above.

We generally keep our maximum batch size to not more than 3 -to- 5 students, for better focus, and to avoid voice-amplification problems in online calls. Each student in the batch will be given personalized attention to chant and recite individually also.
No pre-requisites. We also provide lyrics in English and Tamil (see sample), and help you read the lyrics with the correct pronunciation and practice.
No. We provide you the lyrics in Sanskrit, English and Tamil, as-is taught in the class.

The chanting practice will be fully covered in classes and only require children to listen and learn to chant and repeat the shlokas with the teacher.
The lyrics are only material intended for additional practice at home, if necessary.
For beginner children who can read basic English words, can use the English lyrics.
