Online Registration & Admission Test (2021)


During this unprecedented time of crisis due to the global pandemic caused by the Novel Corona Virus, Shishu Bhaban School is taking the remaining admission process of 2020-21 online for your safety and convenience.


The following instructions are for those who have collected the form and have not completed the registrations:


  • Step 1) Admission Form:
    Fill the admission form. Scan or take pictures of the admission form in JPEG or PFD format.

  • Step 2) Scan/Take Photo The Documents:
    Scan or take pictures of all relevant documents in JPEG or PDF format.
    While scanning or clicking a photo of the document ensure:

  • The full document is visible.

  • All text and information on the documents are clearly visible.

  • Documents required:

  • Photo ID (Aadhar Card, Passport, Voter ID) of both the parents - mother and father of the student (PAN Card is not acceptable).

  • Aadhaar Card copy or Birth Certificate copy of the applicant student.

  • 2 copies of passport size photos of both the parents (mother and father).

  • 2 copies of passport size photos of the applicant student.

  • Report card of the student of the previous year.

  • Transfer Certificate issued from the previous school.

  • Income proof of the guardian - (Income tax return or 12 months bank statement).

  • In the case of single-parent please furnish relevant documents.

  • In the case of International student - passport and VISA is mandatory.


  • Step 3) Send The Documents:

  • By email to shishubhavanunit2@gmail.com

  • In the subject line of the email mention - “Online Admission - Name of The Student, Class
    (Example:
    Online Admission - Gopal Sharma, Class V).

  • Or; you can also send the document by WhatsApp to 9851866619.


  • Step 4) Document Verification & Payment For Registration:
    The school after verification of the document will send you a payment link by Email or SMS. Complete the payment for registration and share the transaction details or screenshot of the payment by Email to
    shishubhavanunit2@gmail.com or WhatsApp to 9851866619.

  • Step 5) Payment Confirmation & Admission Test Scheduled:
    After the payment is confirmed you are going to receive another email and SMS with the schedule of the online admission test.

  • Step 6) Sample Online Questionaire:
    Along with the payment confirmation and the admission schedule you will also receive a mock online questionnaire with a few random questions. This will help you to prepare yourself on what to expect before the actual admission test takes place and how the form works.

  • Step 7) Online Admission Test:

  • On the day of the admission test please remain online 15 minutes prior to the start of the test - From your PC, Tablet or Smart Phone.

  • 5 Minutes prior to the test you will receive another email and SMS with a link to the online question paper.

  • You may start answering the questions immediately.

  • Answers to all questions are to be submitted at once before the allotted time ends. Submission of answers will not be accepted once the allotted time ends.

    You are going to receive an email and an SMS with the schedule of the online admission test.

  • Step 2) Sample Online Questionaire:

Admission Test Results & Completion of Admission Process:

  • The admission test result for the specific student will be emailed to your registered email ID. It will also consist of a payment link using which you can complete the payment for admission online.
