ShipStack HQ sells digital automation products. Several of our products are workflow packs that use AI to help draft customer-facing text messages, emails, and chat replies — for example, lead follow-up messages, appointment reminders, review requests, and similar routine business communications.
## What the AI workflows are for
The AI text features in our products are designed solely to draft legitimate business communications: follow-ups, reminders, confirmations, review requests, and other customer-service messaging.
## Prohibited uses
You may not use the AI text or chat workflows in our products to generate:
- **Sexually explicit content of any kind.** This is strictly prohibited.
- Harassing, threatening, hateful, or abusive messages.
- Deceptive content, including impersonation, fraud, or misrepresentation.
- Spam or unsolicited bulk messaging. All messaging remains subject to the recipient's consent and applicable messaging laws (including 10DLC registration where required for SMS).
## Your responsibility
Our products are tools. You are responsible for how you use them, for every message you send, and for complying with all applicable laws and messaging regulations. Nothing in our products, documentation, or website is legal advice.
## Enforcement
Violation of this policy may result in termination of your license and access to future product updates.
