Below are the important details and notes to ensure an enjoyable and smooth experience for everyone.

☆ Minimum Participants: 2 people
If the minimum number of participants is not met by January 9, the tour will be canceled. In the event of cancellation, we will issue a full refund.

☆ Maximum Participants: 10 people
Due to the limited number of kimonos, we can accommodate up to 10 women and 3 men only.

☆ We regret to inform you that due to kimono size limitations, children and individuals taller than 175 cm cannot participate.

If you wish to join the tour without kimono dressing, please contact us . (The participation fee will remain the same.)

☆ Please submit one application per person. 

☆ Please note that makeup is not included. Kindly come with your makeup done beforehand

☆The fragrance can linger on the kimono and may be difficult to remove. Please refrain from using perfume or any strong-smelling products on the day of the tour.

☆Undergarments for Kimono:

・Please wear a T-shirt with a wide neckline (long sleeves are acceptable).

 ・For warmth, we recommend wearing leggings underneath.

☆ We will provide kimonos with a calm and classic design that matches the traditional atmosphere of Sasaya Hotel. Please note that you cannot choose the kimono 

Cancellation Policy

If the customer cancels the contract for personal reasons after it is established, the following cancellation fees will apply:

・ Up to 3 days before the tour start date: Free

・ 2 days before the tour start date: 30% of the travel fee

・ 1 day before the tour start date: 40% of the travel fee

・ On the day of the tour start date: 50% of the travel fee

・ After the tour start date or no-show: 100% of the travel fee

A refund will be provided in the event the tour is canceled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
