EasyDisplay focuses on local, lightweight deployment with a plug-and-play approach—no additional cloud services required. In fact, once the software is installed on your device, all features are immediately available. This design prioritizes your data security, ensuring that your content remains completely private and inaccessible to us or any third parties.
For image playback only, a minimum of 2GB RAM is recommended.
For video playback, at least 4GB RAM is required for smooth performance.
It depends on the device you use as the server. For example, if you're using an Android device with 128GB of internal storage as the main server, then the service's total storage capacity will be 128GB.
Sorry, this feature is not supported yet. However, it's currently under development and will be available soon. Please stay tuned.
Yes, EasyDisplay supports cloud deployment. To prioritize data security and user privacy, we do not provide proprietary cloud hosting or access your content. Instead, you may use your own cloud infrastructure. Should you require assistance with cloud setup or deployment, our team is ready to provide professional guidance and support to ensure a seamless integration.
Please make sure that the device you're using to access the management platform is on the same local network (LAN) as the playback device. They must be able to communicate with each other—for example, they should be reachable via a successful ping.
How to check network connectivity by pinging the EasyDisplay device IP address:
Find the IP address:
Open the EasyDisplay homepage on your playback device. The service IP address will be displayed there (e.g., 192.168.1.100).
Open a command prompt or terminal:
On Windows: Press Win + R, type cmd, and press Enter.
On Mac: Open Finder > Applications > Utilities > Terminal.
Ping the IP address:
In the command window, type:
ping [IP address]
For example:
ping 192.168.1.100
Check the results:
If you see replies with response times, the devices are connected on the network.
If you see timeouts or unreachable messages, the devices are not communicating properly.
Note:
You only need to ping the IP address, not any port number.
