First Confocal Images from SHINE Lab!!!

Our first confocal images were acquired using a ZEISS LSM 800 confocal microscope at the Neuroscience Translational Research Solution Center, Dong-A University.

NAc-projecting VTA dopaminergic neurons were labeled using a retrograde viral targeting strategy (AAVrg-rTH-Cre in the NAc and AAV-DIO-EYFP in the VTA).

Installation of the micromanipulator (RWD MM-500) for brain slice electrophysiological experiments was completed.

April 21, 2026:

Installation of the fluorescence microscope (Olympus BX51WI) and vibratome (Leica VT1200S) for brain slice electrophysiology experiments was completed.
