Molecular Taxonomy of Orb Weaving Spiders
Shilpa joined the lab in 2020 and her study focuses on the molecular approach to taxonomy and to understand the phylogeny of araneids in Kerala. Family Araneidae, one of the largest orb weaver spider family includes the spiders that construct spiral wheel-shaped webs.
