Md Shihab Reza (মো. শিহাব রেজা )

I am Md Shihab Reza (he/him/his), an AI enthusiast from Chattogram, Bangladesh, and an incoming PhD student in Computer Science at Northern Illinois University, where I will be supervised by Zhishuai Guo.

I am currently a Research Intern at The Vision and Analytics Lab (THEIA), School of Computer Science, University College Dublin (UCD), Ireland, under the supervision of Dr. Soumyabrata Dev. Concurrently, I serve as a Research Assistant at the Design Inclusion and Access Lab (DIAL), North South University, under the mentorship of Dr. Nova Ahmed. Alongside my research roles, I work as an AI Educator & Curriculum Developer at NetCom Learning Bangladesh, designing training modules and workshops to help industry professionals adopt AI and embrace the opportunities of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering, specialising in Artificial Intelligence, from North South University (NSU), Bangladesh. Previously, I gained industry experience as a Trainee Data Scientist at Systech Datasoft.

Driven by the transformative potential of AI in addressing real-world challenges, I aim to instill that same vision in curious minds. As a lifelong learner, I enjoy thought experiments, problem-solving, and diverse intellectual pursuits. This website is a glimpse into my interests, skills, and contributions.
