Ashif, widely known online as Shify, is a Malaysian solo game developer and digital creator driving the ShifyMeow brand. With a background in Computer Technology and a self-taught approach to game design, he aims to build fun, original games while building a full-time career in game development and content creation.
His creative journey began with physical card games before moving to tools like Scratch and Python. Today, all video game projects are designed, programmed, and built using the GDevelop engine, then published on his official Itch.io profile.
As a solo developer, Ashif handles every part of production using GDevelop. By sharing practice projects on Itch.io, he uses the insights gained from each build to continually learn, grow, and improve his future commercial games.
Beyond game development, Ashif actively studies Japanese language and culture, bringing global inspiration into his creative work. Through this solo journey, he also aims to awaken Malaysia's name in the indie game industry, proving that you do not need giant teams or popular engines to make successful games.

ShifyMeow serves as a media platform for gaming, digital content, and game development. It is the central home for personal content, casual gaming, vlogs, and behind-the-scenes daily devlogs, connecting people directly with the real process of making games as they come to life.
ShifyMeow focuses on entertainment and storytelling built for its online community. It is the absolute best place to truly connect with ShifyMeow as a creator and follow the creative journey.
While quick development updates are shared on TikTok, YouTube is the main hub for long-form devlog compilations (like episodes 1 to 5) and YouTube Shorts. These exact short videos are posted across both platforms for casual clips. All channels are organized on a central portfolio website.
