Shift Planner Pro is designed to work primarily on your device. This Privacy Policy explains what data the app stores, when data may be synced to Apple services, and what choices you have.
Shift Planner Pro stores data you manually enter, including shift profiles and patterns, shift times and custom shift types, overtime and leave entries, optional titles and notes, and app preferences such as appearance and calendar view settings.
The app does not ask for or require your name, email address, phone number, or password.
By default, your data is stored locally on your iPhone or iPad.
If you turn on iCloud Sync, the app syncs your data using Apple CloudKit (private iCloud database). This can include shift profiles and related schedule data, overtime and leave entries, and selected app settings.
If iCloud Sync is off, this CloudKit sync does not occur.
If you enable Calendar Sync and grant calendar permission, Shift Planner Pro writes events to a calendar on your device.
These events can include shift or overtime event titles, dates and times, and optional notes you entered.
Whether those calendar events are synced beyond your device depends on the calendar account or source configured on your device, for example iCloud Calendar, Exchange, or local calendar settings.
Shift Planner Pro does not use third-party analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or tracking SDKs.
The app does not sell your data.
Data may be processed by Apple only when required for optional Apple platform features you enable, such as CloudKit or Calendar integration.
Shift Planner Pro does not require an in-app account or login.
However, optional iCloud Sync requires that you are signed in to iCloud on your device with your Apple ID.
Local app data is removed when you delete the app.
If iCloud Sync is enabled, data may also exist in your private iCloud account until removed.
The app provides controls to reset local data and delete synced iCloud data.
Calendar events created by sync are stored in your Calendar database and can be removed by disabling calendar sync, removing the synced calendar, or deleting events in Calendar.
Depending on how you use the app, you can edit or delete entries at any time, reset local data from within the app, and disable iCloud Sync and delete synced iCloud data from within the app.
For data handled by Apple services, such as iCloud and Calendar, Apple acts as a separate service provider under Apple's terms and policies.
The app is not designed to collect personal data from users, including children.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any updates will be posted with a revised effective date.
