ShiftIX is a specialized shift management application designed to help users track work schedules, leave records, and overtime statistics efficiently.
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Each account is for personal use and is limited to one person.
ShiftIX offers a Premium Subscription for access to advanced features.
Annual Subscription: Access is provided via a 1-year renewable subscription plan.
7-Day Free Trial: New users may be eligible for a one-time 7-day free trial.
Important: Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription will automatically convert into a paid 1-year annual subscription.
Automatic Renewal: To ensure uninterrupted service, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the 1-year period for subsequent years at the then-current price.
Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your App Store or Google Play Store account settings. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date.
All billing and refund requests are handled exclusively by the respective app stores (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). ShiftIX does not directly process refunds.
Do not misuse the service or attempt to interfere with its proper working.
Reverse engineering, hacking, or unauthorized data scraping is strictly prohibited.
The application must not be used for any illegal purposes.
ShiftIX is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis.
While we strive for accuracy, we are not liable for scheduling errors, data loss, or missed shifts.
Users are advised to manually verify important dates and schedules.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity without prior notice.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the application following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
