ShiftHub (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides team scheduling and messaging for workplace teams. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
Account information you provide (such as username, email, display name, and password).
Profile information (such as profile photo and role).
Schedule and team data uploaded or viewed in the app.
Messages you send through in-app chat.
Device push tokens if you enable notifications.
How we use information
To operate the app (sign-in, schedules, chat, team management).
To send notifications you opt into (such as schedule or chat alerts).
To maintain security and improve reliability.
Sharing We use service providers to run the app (including Supabase for authentication, database, and storage). We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention We keep data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, unless deletion is requested or required by law.
Your choices You can update profile details in the app. You may disable notifications in device settings. Contact us to request account/data deletion.
Security We use industry-standard measures such as encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for data in transit.
Children ShiftHub is not intended for children under 13.
